  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags must be intact and the item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Undergarments or bodysuits

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery


3. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
